INTRO TO EXCEL
Learn the basics of using Microsoft Excel, including the anatomy of a spreadsheet, how to enter data, how to make your data look good so it’s easier to read and use, and more. This tutorial was made using Excel 2016, but is applicable to older versions of Excel and newer versions too.
Toastmasters is a great way to improve your communication skills and to improve your ability to engage an audience, no matter how small or large. The meetings occur all over the world and the training program is good for any level (novice to pro) and for introverts and extroverts alike. These meetings provide you a place to experiment and try new things and to push yourself beyond your comfort zone in a safe, understanding forum. Improvements to our own way of being, happen by experience sought out and gained voluntarily, or by being thrown into a situation and surviving. Toastmasters can be to your career, what barbells can be to your muscles… but you have to do the work to earn the gain!

COMMUNITY ASSESSMENT REPORTING TOOL (CART)
This system is fantastic and learning how to use it will definitely help you on the job! The data CART generates can tell you how much money is going into a community and what for. It has breakdowns by congressional district, city, state, and much more. Give it a try by using your own home or work address and finding out how many single family or Multifamily loans are near you or what homeless or community development programs are in place.
